What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View the following HTML (also attached as ar-chrome.htm):

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
</head>
<body>
   <div>al- Aʻmāl al-kāmila li-Maǧallat al-Ustād̲</div>
   <div style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif !important;">al- Aʻmāl
al-kāmila li-Maǧallat al-Ustād̲</div>
</body>
</html>

What is the expected result?
No rectangles where characters should be, at least in the second line
(Tahoma font).

What happens instead?
One rectangle left even in the Tahoma line.
