Unfortunately I could not able to reproduce this in Vista Business 64-bit
with SP2.
If I download any exe's from downloads.com (with/without confirming to
dangerous
downloads bar), I can close the tabs. And also for the downloads from
ftp://ftp.ets.org/pub/demo/.
Keeping it open to get more feedback from other users also.
