New issue 6118 by ddragoon: Feature Request: Mouse rocker to change tabs http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=6118 Chrome Version : 1.0.154.36 URLs (if applicable) : N/A Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 3: Pass with third party software Firefox 3: Pass with third party software IE 7: Pass with third party software What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Attempt to change the tab with the mouse rocker. 2. Tabs do not change. What is the expected result? The tab should change if you click the rocker left or right. What happens instead? Nothing. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. On some mice the scroll wheel is set on a rocker which can click left or right perpendicular to the wheel. I've got it set up in the drivers for my Logitech mouse to perform the tab switch key combinations in all of my browsers. Some people have mice that do not offer such customization. It's not a vital feature missing by any account, but it's one of those extra features that'd be great to have as part of the default browser. Of course an option could be added to turn the feature on and off. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
