I am also experiencing this issue on 2.0.156.1, running on Windows XP SP2.
See the
attached image for an illustration of the behavior with somewhat improved
contrast;
note that the maximized Chrome window in the right display is overlapping
the
maximized Excel window in the left display, slightly obscuring some window
elements.
