This isn’t technically a bug, it’s a feature-request. The request is that Chrome handle drag-n-drop of tabs onto the taskbar. Frankly I’m surprised it does not already do so since it already has drag-n-drop functionality to handle splitting and recombining of tabs to/from browser windows. I think the problem is that they use a proprietary DnD handler instead of the OLE one.
