Any consideration about this issue only reflects the over-excessive bias against any additions to menus, etc. that is plaguing all Chromium developers. Ben, please, this is clearly a necessary, useful, and required functionality that doesn't need further analysis but must be added. I would only have thought the omission of "Reload this frame" was an oversight or perhaps not implemented yet due to timeframe/manpower/etc. to meet the beta delivery schedule.
