agree. I usually load Google chrome at startup with the most updated DEV version of chrome... and it loads the about:blank at the first tab even though I use the google website as it's homepage. and when i click the new tab, it loads the 'new tab' tab but it only show the bookmarks bar without the most visited, logo, searches and recently closed tab... It works fine when I closed the window and load chrome again.
