Concurring with #10: Just getting the tabs back is NOT ENOUGH. What about  
content you
may have typed into the various tabs that are not currently on-screen, and  
sites you
were "logged into", when you absent-mindedly tapped "Close"? You can't  
expect the
browser to resolve all of that upon startup. Better the option be there to  
warn you,
and I don't mind if the default state is "off". Those that get burned once  
and want
it will go find it and turn it on (like I just tried to :-)
