I have a similar issue to this, though it happens even without CamStudio
recording. I
did however record it this time, so you could see what happens to me any
time I drag
a tab to a new window. It doesn't seem to have been reproducible, but I
thought it
might help.
For me the steps are simply
1. Launch Chrome
2. Create a new tab
3. Drag it to a new window
4. Try to drag back
Window size/location doesn't seem to matter. The tab can't go back.
I had this issue with 2.0.156.1 and have it now in 2.0.157.0
