From my observation, the issue is:
When moving the mouse on the "nespaper"(a picture on middle of page), the
popup box
is flicking and the hotspot is not clickable. This is because the position
of the
popup box is incorrect.
IE 7: OK
Firefox 3: OK
Safari 3: Not OK, same issue(nightly 40022)
