Fixed in r8377.
Until this fix shows up in the Dev channel, you can work
around this bug by turning off TLS 1.0. Go to
Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings >
Security, uncheck the "Use TLS 1.0" box, and click the
"OK" button. Restart Chromium.
Remember to turn TLS 1.0 back on when you get the bug fix
because TLS 1.0 is more secure than SSL 3.0.
