right-to-left text field

URLs (if applicable) : he.wikipedia.org and many other websites
Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: not tested
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The cursor moves in the wring direction when editing a text field in RTL
websites. I tried editing a page using Chrome in he.wikipedia.org and
leaving a comment on an article in www.ynet.co.il . Place the cursor
anywhere in the text field and use the arrow keys to move right or left.
The cursor will move in the opposite direction.

What is the expected result?
The cursor must move in the expected direction.

What happens instead?
It move in the opposite direction.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
