New issue 6736 by [email protected]: Ctrl+Shift + <number> shorcut
broken : instead of opening new window, 16 new tabs open
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=6736

shortcut : Ctrl+Shift+1 is broken in build Chromium 2.0.158.0 (Developer
Build 8369).
This shortcut works fine in Dev build Chrome 2.0.157.0 (Official Build
7888) and Trunk build Chromium 2.0.157.0 (Developer Build 8283)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch browser
2. Hit Ctrl+Shift+1

What is the expected output?
New window should open

What do you see instead?
16 new tabs get created
first tab url : file:///C:/Documents
second tab url : http://and/
third tab url : http://settings/<user>/Local
fourth tab url : http://settings/Application
fifth tab url :
http://data/Chromium/Application/chrome.exe%20--user-data-dir=C:/Documents
sixth tab url : http://and/
and so on.......
