According to my reading of the spec chapter 15.1.2.2 returning 0 for
parseInt(Infinity) is wrong. Safari 3.2.1
(5525.27.1), Firefox 3.0.5 and IE happen to agree with me.
I honestly think this is a regression in newer WebKit builds.
