shortcut if it is created from a profile window

Build: 2.0.158.0 (Developer Build 8452)
    OS: Any

Other Browsers:
   Safari 3.2.1: N/A
Safari Nightly: N/A
       Firefox3: N/A
            IE7: N/A

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Click "New window in profile->New Profile" menu
3. Enter a new profile name and click OK
4. Launch the new profile window
5. Navigate to any page, such as http://www.funbrain.com/
6. Click "Create application shortcuts"
7. Click "OK" on "Google Gears" dialog
8. Close all the opened windows
9. Double click the application shortcut on the desktop
10. Observe

Result:
There are five tabs opened and trying to open some invalid pages

Expected:
Correct application window should be opened

Notes:
No this feature on stable build, and it is OK on beta build:
1.0.154.43 (Official Build 7746)
2.0.157.2  (Official Build 8084)
