Can you try these steps and let us know what happens: - Close Chrome if it is running. - Start and type cmd, a command window shortcut should be listed in the results, right click and select "run as administrator" - A window should open up with title Administrator. In this window cut paste ["%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\Application\1.0.154.43\Installer\setup.exe" - -register-chrome-browser] and press enter (without the [ ]). - Start Chrome and select make Chrome default browser from options again. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
