New issue 6969 by qwer1304: Tab often detaches without intent

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: Unknown
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chrome opened with several tabs (e.g., gmail)
2. Don't use Chrome for some time
3. Use some memory hungry application (e.g., Acrobat) for some time
4. Activate Chrome and click a tab

What is the expected result?
Tab should become active

What happens instead?
Tab detaches to another window


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This usually happens after Chrome has been paged out of memory and needs to
be paged in.
This doesn't happen always, but often enough to be annoying
