I have been having this problem lately, but it seems to be only with Facebook. If I do a ipconfig /flushdns it will often fix the problem, but it will happen again a few minutes later. I do not have to restart chrome, flushing the DNS alone fixes it temporarily. My ISP is YahooBB! in Japan, and I'm running Vista 32bit with the Dev build of Chrome.
