This seems to happen at random. Unfortunately I don't know of any steps to
reproduce,
but I can say that it will only affect certain tabs and not others. I may
have 3 tabs
open and only one is missing arrows/elements, or they may all be missing
it. Closing
and restarting Chrome/Chromium has no affect. Attached is a screenshot
highlighting
the issue.
