What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome Window
2. Maximize
3. See top of tab clipped off



What is the expected result? Window looks normal


What happens instead? Top couple percent is clipped off


Box tested on is Vista x64 Aero with 2x 1680x1050 DVI monitors.
