Comment #16 on issue 2016 by [email protected]: Chome does not support pushlets and Comet http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=2016
Unfortunately, the workaround proposed in comment 13 does not work. I've updated the testcase I provided at http://www.jounne.com/pushlettest.htm in a way that it sends moren then 256 bytes in the first chunk. Also the counter now counts from 0 to 100000, which should overcome any caching. But Chromium stays dead, the XMLHttpRequest never ever gives any data at readyState 3. I think this is an evidence that the problem is not related to caching. Since we now have a defect without workaround, I propose to think it over a second time. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
