That is the format I used. It doesn't happen often but occasionally even when I use the correct format it still goes to the default search engine and treats the keyword as a search term. It has only happened when I'm typing quickly, and usually when many tabs are open which is why I thought that it might be relevant. Typing exactly the same format will then correctly use the search engine as expected. I double checked to make sure I had typed the keyword correctly, and I had.
