In my case both the monitors are of different resolution 1920x1200 as
primary and
1280x1024 as secondary. When I open chrome in the primary monitor and move
it to the
secondary and maximize it, it spills/leaks over by almost 1/4 the size of
primary
monitor. Looks like it remembers to the primary monitor size and maximizes
to size.
Chrome version 1.0.154.43
Windows XP sp2
