New issue 7182 by denis.kot: Chrome doesn't save opened tabs and I can't
reopen it after browser crash (i.e. after forced kill by Task manager)

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Firefox 3: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open few tabs
2. Windows freezes
3. Kill Chrome by Task manager.
What is the expected result?
Open Chrome with tabs opened before crash like Firefox does.
What happens instead?
Open Chrome with empty tabs or confugured tabs.
