New issue 7200 by [email protected]: Open in new tab causes all tabs
to go to minimum width (similiar to 6585)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a group of bookmarks in Other Bookmarks (I have 5)
2. Click on Other Bookmarks
3. Right click on Group
4. Select "Open All Bookmarks"
What is the expected result?
New tabs open for each bookmarked item in the group. The tabs should be of
normal width
What happens instead?
Tabs are opened at the minimum width (Similar to bug 6585)
