Chrome Version : <1.0.154.46> URLs (if applicable) : http://webmail.shaw.ca Other browsers tested: Chrome (non-incognito), IE Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 3: n/a Firefox 3: n/a IE 7: OK Chrome (non-incognito): OK What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open new incognito window in Chrome 2. Open webpage http://webmail.shaw.ca 3. Enter a valid username/password What is the expected result? Upon entering the username/password, the expected screen should be normal Shaw Webmail screen used for reading and composing email messages. What happens instead? After username/password is entered, the browser will not load the page. The browser page shows Loading: please wait. The browser will not get past the 'Loading: please wait...' screen. Note: This only happens when browsing incognito. Normal browsing in Chrome will work properly. IE also works. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Attached are two screen shots. ChromeIssue is the problem screen shot where Chrome will not load the Shaw Webmail page in incognito mode. ChromeWorking shows the expected webpage in the Chrome browser.
