pop-up print windows correctly

On build 1.0.154.46 (Official Build 8781) : on clicking print, the pop-up
window
loads blank but the throbber is spinning (showing it is loading)
After clicking print button in print dialog, the page loads.The email is
printed.
Issue is : mail should load in pop-up window before print button is hit in
the print
dialog.
