What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have local fs path among your most visited pages
2. try to click the corresponding thumbnail
What is the expected result?
Thumbnail should be clickable
What happens instead?
Mouse rollover effect ok, on click cursor changes to standard arrow but
that's it.
