NCSoft replied, "We really don't support the use of any third party  
software while
running Lineage II. You may however want to contact INCA this since  
Gameguard is
their software and this does seem to occur with all games that use it. You  
can
contact them at the following link:
http://www.gameguard.co.kr/gameguard/faq/eng/FAQ_erl.htm. Please let us  
know if you
have any other questions."

I have sent an email to [email protected] hoping to find someone there who  
can work
with us.

It would not hurt to have others who are impacted by this problem also  
attempt to
contact them.  The more the merrier.  :)
