Yes, I think there should be a way of deactivating this - I enjoy the fact that Google Chrome lacks many of the annoying warning messages, but this one is still here. What I also find annoying is that sometimes the notice doesn't appear entirely and I barely see the "Save" button, as displayed in the attached screenshot. I'm not sure what conditions replicate this, I was testing it out on http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html (which is just the first site I could find with a downloadable exe), and it seems to happen in particularly when I reduce the window and the pass it full screen. But I remember it happening often without me having messed around with the window before, but I'm unable to reproduce it.
