The importance of having the ability to disable a pop-up blocker is probably more of a bug than a feature. It is tough to label something that is crucial like this simply a feature request. Many web sites such as banks and other legitimate companies use pop-ups. It is not always possible to click on the blocked list and have everything continue on properly. I can confirm this issue and also request that the option be added to disable.
