This is a dupe of issue 6296; it's the same underyling bug except the user
clicks
'Never For This Site' instead of 'Save'. First hint is that it is the same
stack
trace up to this method call, and in fact that code doesn't exist anymore
on trunk
(e.g password_manager.cc:216] PasswordManager::Cancel() ) due to my fix for
6296.
