Same here. Normally everything works fine, but then sometimes this problem comes up. Including the Download menu item (or any other menu item I select first) which keeps visible on my screen until I reboot. I think it might have to do with having Chrome open while I hibernate my windows and start again next day. Then as soon as I press Ctrl+H to start the History Manager my browser hangs.
