There are two <body> definitions in the source code, which is the cause of
this issue.
They are like:
......
<body onLoad="myOnLoad();">
......
<body onLoad="MM_preloadImages('../imagenes/img/btn_buscar_down.gif')">
.....
If remove the second <body> definition from source code, then it is
rendered correctly in Chrome/Safari.
It is a bug of web page.
This is a duplicate of issue 5500.
