What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Middle click while browsing

What is the expected result?
The 'base' arrow croshair and position arrow crosshair should start at the
same position (overlapping each other)
What happens instead?
The 'base' arrow crosshair is displayed to the top left of the real
technical base of start position of auto scroll
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Just to recapitulate; the mouse icon (auto scroll icon) AND start position
scoll icon should be displayed on the same location.
