New issue 7526 by gabor.liptak: If I put the chrome in maximized mode by
double clicking on the title, the tabs dissapear. See screenshot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable second display
2. put a chrome window in it
3. maximize
What is the expected result?
Displaying window header normally
What happens instead?
Tabs disappear
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Please note that the resolution of my primary display is 1600X1050 and the
secondary (on the left) was 1280X1024
