Unduping..
There are 3 characters that are not rendered correctly: U+0259, U+027E and
U+032A.
The last one (combining diacritic mark) makes others not rendered correctly
because
it forces Chrome's webkit to use the complex script path.
U+0259 and U+027E are rendered fine when standing by themselves. See

This also has some implications for some African languages that heavily
use 'base
letter + diacritic mark' combinations.
