I don't believe there are plans to change the context menus to behave in
the way that
you are suggesting. The idea is creative, but I'm not sure that we want to
hide menu
items from users (e.g. easy enough for Grandma). That said, if the tab
context menu
is missing relevant items, I would very strongly recommend filing a bug for
options
that you think should be there.
