New issue 7544 by [email protected]: <embed> tags seem to inherit document
height if containing div uses top+bottom to set its own height
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=7544

Chrome Version : 1.0.154.48
URLs (if applicable) :
http://tulrich.com/chrome/embed_height.html#geplugin_browserok
Other browsers tested: FF3+WinXP
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: FAIL
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open http://tulrich.com/chrome/embed_height.html#geplugin_browserok
2. note that blue rectangle (Flash <embed>) has a vertical scrollbar

What is the expected result?

Blue rectangle (Flash <embed>) should be 100% the size of its containing
div, and therefore have no scrollbar.

What happens instead?

Instead it has a scrollbar. Its height is equal to the whole document
height, which can be verified using the inspector to look at the metrics.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Same problem exists with the Google Earth Plugin <embed>. The Earth embed
is not correctly sized to the containing div, the earth is off-center, and
the copyright info is clipped off the bottom of its containing div.
