What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a website that shows an SSL error interstitial and proceed to the
website.
2. Open one of the links (that refer to the same faulty SSL domain) in a new
tab\window.
What is the expected result?
The page will show.
What happens instead?
The SSL Error interstitial appears again.
New HTTP Stack issue. Happens since the first 2.x version of Chrome.
