Phew. I think the cause of this bug is that the UI font returned by Windows
API is
different on different language versions of Windows. On C&J Windows, the UI
font
returned (e.g. UIGothic on Ja windows) does not cover Latin letters used in
Vietnamese.
Xiaolu, can you verify my theory by changing the Windows UI font? You can
change menu
and dialog fonts by right-clicking on your Windows desktop and
selecting 'Properties'
and choosing 'Appearance' tab.
There's a registry change (font-linking/fallback) a user can make to work
around this
issue, but that's a work-around.
