Preliminary support for fullscreen mode in progress. Version 1 is going to
be no
menu entry, just F11 support; in fullscreen mode there will be no UI (no
autohiding
toolbars), except for infobars/download shelf/popup blocker stuff (i.e.
stuff that's
inside the page area). F11 to get back out.
We may add more UI a la Firefox and IE someday, but not initially.
