I added debugging code (a CHECK) to isolate if we're deleting the RVH while
the RVHM
has a reference to it. I have not seen the CHECK hit in 162, yet the crash
still
exists:

I'm running out of ideas as to how we could end up in a situation where the
RenderWidgetHostViewWin could have been destroyed, but not the WebContents
and
related classes. I'll poke at it a bit more.
