What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Windows Vista SP1 (Business, although probably reproducible in all
versions)
2. Update to latest version of chrome
3. Open Google chrome browser, browser doesn't fit the screen exactly,
resize the window size (but do not maximize the browser)
4. Close the browser.
5. Restart the browser, window size reverts back to normal instead of
saving previous window resize
What is the expected result?
Unlike other application programs and browsers, google chrome fails to
remember the window size after close and restart of browser.
