What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to MSNBC Home page, scroll page and look at it and compare with other
browsers
What is the expected result?
MSNBC home page rendering should be normal
What happens instead?
MSNBC home page footer and some other content appears in the middle of the
page. Page looks really ugly and broken
