New issue 7772 by btexier: "Open This page" textfield in chromium option
dialog main tab can't receive focus

Chrome Version : 2.0.162.0
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the OPtion Dialog box
2. On the main tab try to put the focus on the text field named "open this
page" in the home page section
3. The textbox does not receive focus and you cannot change the content
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
