I cannot repro your issue on the same build 2.0.165.0 (9963)
What system configurations do you have, i.e. OS, OS version, etc?
In your screenshots, what is the difference between the maximized and
fullscreen? How
did you get to the google_fullscreen.png (just by maximizing the Chrome
window? or is
this an application window?)
