What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. About Google Chrome
2. Check Updates

What is the expected result? Chrome should update to 2.0.164.0.
What happens instead? Updates to 2.0.163.0. when clicking on "About Google
Chrome," it shows that yet another new version of Chrome is available. When
trying to update Chrome again, it attempts to install the update but then
says "Update server not available (error: 7)."
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Also, there is a red square to the left of the minimize button on each new
Chrome window that I open.
