I am glad that it works for you on the dev channel. It is out intention to
have a
very aggressive release schedule. You should watch our release blog at
http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/ for announcements about us
promoting the
dev channel to beta and ultimately to stable.
Personally, I use the dev channel for everything and that may work for some
of your
users.
I am closing this as fixed as there is nothing additional for us to do in
the
development tree -- even though it has not gone to stable.
