New issue 7885 by craniumcomputing: Chrome renders jquery dropshadows  
horribly when compared to safari and FireFox 3

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. viewing page
2. javascript enabled
3.

What is the expected result?
jquery dropshadow plugin should render smooth anti-aliased shadows under
the words on the top and side menu's.
Window should scroll quickly and easily

What happens instead?
jquery dropshadows render jaggy and very ugly.
scrolling in the window is slow.
